I have more than 15 years of experience within leadership, strategy, business and organizational development in both big and small corporations and as a consultant. I have an M.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen. I also have an M.Sc. in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark. In addition, I am a certificed coach.
